You can either follow this one: Or.. Step 1 -Disconnect your battery.(safety first!) Step 2 -Pull out your headlight switch.(thats it you've got it now!) Step 3 -Cut the BROWN wire...THE BROWN WIRE! NOT ANY OTHER ONE. Step 4 -Tape off both ends of it,then reconnect the battery. Step 5 -You wanna turn your head lights on using the thing on the steering column, then turn them off, but make sure they stay up. Now using the button, double click it and they will lower slowly until they get to your desired height, they don't stay like this forever, because all you have to do is click it enough and it will go back down, then you you can make them lift all the way up again with the other switch. And there you have sleepy eyes. ![]()

I also did this mod awhile back. You dont have to double click it a bunch of times to get them to go down. All it did was eliminate the sensor wire that tells them to go up so therefore they can only go down. If you notice, when you press it, the button stays in a little. That means that it is on. If you push it again to turn it off, the headlights will want to go down. Then you just press it in when they are at the desired height. I can get them to go where I want the first time. I dont need to push it a bunch of times. |

I cut the Brown Wire, taped off both ends, but for some reason, i cant run sleepy eye with my headlights ON, my friends coupe on the other hand was done the same way and he can run sleepy with his lights on. are hb and coupe headlights different?! |

no, you cant run with the headlights on cause it puts them up. your friends coupe must have toggle switches or something wrong with the switch. |
