the CA can reliably hold ~400hp without major internal work. SRs are more common and overplayed than a honda civic with a big wing and RIIIIIEEEEEIIIIMMMMSSSSSS. and KAs just suck ass in general. (unless they are completely built) IMO if youre going to swap out to another motor, make it worth your while. go RB or something. dont waste your time on a SR. |

I am not sure if you would need a new driveshaft or not. You will need motorset and you will need to use the SR motormounts and it should bolt right in. The wiring is pretty simple. just look up the SR swap wiring on FR motorsports. They have the most detailed write up that I have found thus far. And I think you might need the dual cam cluster to get everything working correctly. And guys... he didnt ask for opinions. He asked what would need to be done for the swap to work. He already has the SR as stated above. Edited by 240Smoke, Dec 7 2009, 12:29 PM.

The CA and KA use the same radiator design. But you can use a SR rad and extend the pipe. CA's can be had cheap too. Rock the CA |
