my friend got an s13 sr and the guy basically screwed him with the wiring, so he cut out holes in the dash in front of the glove box and we know the water pressure gauge goes in there we just don't know where to plug in the sensor at the end of the gauge. you guys know where? |

Do you mean coolant pressure or oil pressure? |

right, it would be a lot better if we knew what it was. We can't give input on something that doesn't exist... LOL |

Just plug it in and run some water through the engine. See if that works. |

thats the thing. We don't know where it goes into. The way the guy had it set up it looks like it's supposed to go through the dash or something. |

the temp probe should go to either the block, or into a rad hose if you have the necessary adapter. |

definitely get an adapter, a local performance shop should have some and they are cheap http://www.advancespeedshop.com/buddy-club-water-temp-hose-adapter-30mm-p-159.html |

personally id rather have a temp probe that taps into the block, less chance of something coming loose or falling out and spraying coolant everywhere. |

If it did go into the block the tap would prob be on the intake side right? Cuz we didn't see an extra tap on the exhaust side. But plugging it into the radiator sounds accurate I think it could fit there. |

Maybe the guy never had it hooked up? I am going to replace my stock temperature sensor with an aftermarket one. there are 2 sensors right under the intake manifold. One goes to the computer (I am keeping that one) and one goes to the dash (that is the one I am replacing) |
