A auto to manual swap can cost between 400 to 700, depending on how good of deals you get

well the fire may not have ben big, but if i was reoted, its on teh titel, making it a fire damage vehile, while will require rebuildingand inspection, also the fire just oxidized that meal, making it speed up the rust/rotting that nissans love to do, and if the heat was hot enough it could be rusting inside the cabin, where you wont even see it, until its too late. to each their own, but i prefer to drive a car that wasnt a camp fire,or has more cancer then lance armstrong did.

like i know everytime you post up a car, it seems i have something bad to say abot it, its probably because your looking foran s14with an s13 budget, you fail to face facts and in which your looking for the bottom of the pile s14s for a screaming deal, it will happen, but not over night, your probably going to give up before you find what you want, not saying yur a quitter, but it wont happen fast, your bet bet, honestly, would be get an s13, build it, and sell it off to have enough to get a stocker s14. i started out with a 4 door honda civic, for 1000 bucks, dropped 2k into it, and sold it for 6k, that is what i used to build the bulk of my current car. it takes time if you dont have the moneyright off.

^ I agree with Rich. No matter the size of the fire, it most likely means trouble, of some type, in the future.

Also, PM Blake. That kid finds so many good deals on 13s and 14s that its not funny.

all stock s13s (except for JDM Silvias) have flip up lights. it is just a matter of 'undoing' the sleepy eye mod and, bang, flip ups are back. there are also several other options (H4 conversion, city lights, etc.) that you can do to the headlamps themselves to change it up a bit.

Or, you can buy an s13, and an entire silvia front clip with an sr20 and everything to convert the front to a silvia, for 3000. I was considering doing that at one time

who cares if its red? the most important thing is that it is a solid chassis to build on. also, make him get it started before you buy it unless you are going to swap the lump straight away.
