| So Your Car Shake When You Hit 50mph? | |

Hey fam. My 240 shakes when I hit 50 mph, dies off at around 65, then wil come back, die off again, its like harmonic. Tie Rods are good, so thats not it, what could it beeeee????!!!! |

Mine does the same thing, so one said it was steering rack bushings. It doesnt really bother me that much tho |

could be any number of things- wheel out of balance, slightly bent wheel, etc. |

Yeah, it dosen bother me so much, It might be power steering rack bushings that got bad because of power steering fluid all over them. Ill try to get to the bottom of it, and post it. |

I HAD THE PROBLEM SAME PROB AND WHAT DIGGLES SAID WAS THE CASE WHEEL BALANCE. |

this is old! it wasnt wheel balance, I mean, that was a little part but major was my rear sway bar being only on by I think two bolts, one side was dangling. |

might be an old post but I didnt see anything that concluded what the out come was. but what you're saying is it was partly wheel balance and only two bolts holding the rear sway bar on, and there's no chance the other bolts could have been vibrated out? or where they just never put on? |
